- Warranty period and scope are confirmed at order entry and tied to approved material / finish package.
- Damage from impact, abuse, unauthorized modification, or incompatible field attachments is excluded.
- Coastal, severe exposure, and custom finish conditions may require adjusted warranty terms.
- Hardware and automation by others are excluded unless specifically included in the Top Fence scope.

Final project warranty is issued with the approved order package.
